RML is a real-time vehicle tracking platform designed to bring clarity, control, and confidence to both individual users and fleet operators. It delivers live location updates, movement insights, trip history, geo-fencing, and safety alerts — all through a clean, intuitive interface. The core purpose was to transform complex telematics data into an experience that feels effortless, reliable, and instantly informative.

I led the product’s experience from the ground up, defining how information should flow, how tracking should behave, and how users should navigate between live data, trip history, alerts, and controls. My responsibilities included crafting the information architecture, designing map interactions, building wireframes for all core flows, establishing the visual system, and shaping the final high-fidelity interface. The work focused on reducing friction, elevating clarity, and building a foundation that could scale with the company.
RML - Vehicle Track solves the challenges of scattered data, unclear movement history, and unreliable tracking by organizing information into a clean, narrative-driven flow. Live location updates, structured trip logs, speed insights, and real-time alerts are presented with purpose and hierarchy. The interface guides users naturally through the information they need most, enabling quick decision-making and confident monitoring without cognitive overload.
RML quickly became a core offering, achieving strong adoption and consistent technical performance. This validated the product’s reliability, scalability, and the impact of a user-centered design in a high-frequency telematics environment.

The process began with mapping how users consume movement data and safety alerts in real time. Based on these insights, I created detailed wireframes that defined the layout, transitions, and spatial relationships across the core features — including live tracking, trip logs, geo-fencing, safety notifications, and reporting. After validating the structure, I refined the visual direction: typography, spacing, iconography, and map-focused components were all tuned to support quick comprehension and a sense of reliability. The result is a scalable, data-first design system capable of supporting future telematics enhancements.

The final product offers a clean, reliable, and insight-driven experience. Real-time tracking feels seamless, trip history is digestible, and alerts surface with clarity and precision. Every interaction is designed to reduce friction and elevate confidence — making the platform dependable for both everyday use and operational fleet management.
